I finally used my GINGER eye shadow and now I’m in love!! I knew I would like it because I had seen other gals using this eye shadow and it looked so gorgeous! This is going to be a staple in my collection now especially for summer!
Here’s a step by step of how I created this easy summer bronze eye shadow look:
I always start with my IIID Foundation from Maskcara Beauty. If you would like to learn more about highlighting and contouring just click here. I use my highlight shade as a primer for my lids. It is a cream based foundation so it is a creates a sticky surface for your eye shadow to stick to.
I used only three eyeshadows to create this look. It is very simple and Maskcara Beauty makes eye shadow so easy because you each color is sold individually. You can literally only buy the colors you really want. The tins are only $12 and they are 2.5 G which is a great amount of eye shadow! They will last you a long time!
Maskcara Beauty has so many gorgeous eye shadow colors! Matte’s, shimmers, and even GLITTERS! You can learn more about creating your own eye shadow palette with Maskcara Beauty here.
To start this summer bronze eye shadow look I used the warm, golden color eye shadow called Stay Golden. I used the fluffy side of my Eye Shadow Everything brush to apply the color Stay Golden all over the lid to set my highlight color which acted as a primer. This color is so light and warm it creates a great base for your eye shadow look.
I used the Eye Shadow Everything brush for this entire look! This double ended brush is only $18 and can be used for all your eye shadow!
After I applied Stay Golden all over my lid I used the warm, caramel color called Bubba and placed it in the crease of my eye. I still used the fluffy side of the eye shadow everything brush. This brush is such high quality and does a great job at dispersing product so you don’t have to use another brush or clean your brush in between colors. You can use the same brush for all of your eye shadow colors and use it to blend them all in together.
Finally I used my pointer finger to tap the color Ginger on the inner corner of my lid. I just tap lightly into the product with my finger and press the color right onto my eye lid. I started in the inner corner and tapped it on about half of my lid (from the inner corner to about the middle of my lid).
