When creating a seasonal look it’s always great to add color through your eyeshadow. This is my favorite fall eyeshadow look using amazing brown and gold tones for a natural vibe.
This tutorial will show you step by step how to use multiple colors for your eyeshadow in a way that blends easily and creates a professional look you can do on your own!
What You Need:
These are the four eyeshadow colors you will need for this specific eyeshadow look.
- Basic – a light neutral brown
- Zion – dusty reddish tones
- You Complete Me – rose gold color that shimmers!
- Sabrina – a creamy white with a soft shimmer
The Eye Shadow Everything Brush is a great multi tasking tool that helps with all eyeshadow looks. With one end allowing you to blend with a flick of the wrist, and the other end allowing you to add small but important details.
Step One
You want to start by priming your eye. I do this by taking my highlight color (foundation) and adding a light layer all over the lid. This allows for easy blending and will help the colors stick all day.
Step Two
Take your color Basic and cover it all over the lid. Adding to that base and giving your eyelids a great tone to start with.
Step Three
With the color Zion you’re going to take your brush along the crease of the lid. Start in the outer corner using small circular motions towards the inner corner. If the color is too much, tap off any access off the brush and continue to use those circular motions until the color is well blended.
Step Four
Using a flat eyeshadow brush, or the tip of your ring finger, tap the color You Complete Me onto the center of the lid. Going back in with your Eye Shadow Everything Brush to blend in with the Zion crease color if needed.
Step Five
Lastly add some highlight to the eyeshadow look with the small end of the brush. Put the color Sabrina right under the brow and in the inner corner of the eye. This will create dimension to your eye.
